摘要
随着汽车行业的快速发展与日新月异的技术创新,汽车检测与维修技术领域对专业人才的需求不断增加,对汽车检测与维修技术专业人才的培养提出新的挑战和机遇。然而,当前汽车行业对人才的需求已经不仅仅是专业技能,更需要具备充分的职业素养和综合业务技能。因此,“1+X”证书制度得到了汽车检测与维修技术专业教育的快速引用,通过融入职业技能培训的相关理念开展教育,能够在很大程度上促使学生围绕所学专业开展能力拓展学习,从而促进学生提升专业素养及思维认知。本文旨在探讨“1+X”证书制度为基础的汽车检测与维修技术专业人才培养模式,为汽车行业专业人才的培养提供一些新的启示和借鉴。
With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the rapid technological innovation,the demand for professionals in the fi eld of automotive testing and maintenance technology is increasing,which puts forward new challenges and opportunities for the cultivation of automotive testing and maintenance technology professionals.However,the current demand for talents in the automotive industry is not only professional skills,but also requires suffi cient professionalism and comprehensive business skills.Therefore,the"1+X"certifi cate system has been quickly cited by the professional education of automobile testing and maintenance technology,and the education can greatly promote students to expand their ability and learning around the major they have learned,thereby promoting students'professional literacy and thinking cognition.This paper aims to discuss the training mode of automotive testing and maintenance technology professionals based on the"1+X"certifi cate system,and provide some new enlightenment and reference for the training of professionals in the automotive industry.
