摘要
新形势下,针对国家政策引导和社会对高技能人才的需求,急需创新教育模式与思路。在此背景下,汽车检测与维修技术专业建立了“岗课赛证”融通制度,旨在为新时代下汽车产业培养亟需的高素质技能人才。本文以推进高职院校汽车检测与维修技术专业人才培养模式改革为目标,结合专业特性分析了岗、课、赛、证四要素的内涵及实施的必要性,并从教学模式的创新、岗课融通、岗赛融通、岗证融通等实践路径进行分析,科学构建专业体系,实现“四位一体”的全新育人模式并对其进行效果评价,为职业教育改革提供示范。
Under the new situation,in view of the guidance of national policies and the demand for high-skilled talents in society,innovative education models and ideas are urgently needed.In this context,the automotive testing and maintenance technology major has established a“post class competition certificate”integration system,aiming to cultivate high-quality skilled talents urgently needed for the automotive industry in the new era.With the goal of promoting the reform of the training mode of automobile testing and maintenance technology professionals in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the connotation and necessity of implementation of the four elements of post,course,competition and certificate based on professional characteristics,and analyzes the practical paths such as teaching mode innovation,on-the-job integration,post-race integration,and post-certificate integration,and scientifically constructs a professional system,and realizes the new education model of“four-in-one”and evaluates its effects,so as to provide a demonstration for vocational education reform.
