摘要
为响应我国越来越严格的“减抗限抗”新环境和新政策,寻找绿色、无残留兽药新前体,已成为当前研究的重点。海洋老鼠簕(Acanthus ilicifolius L.Sp.)属于爵床科老鼠簕属多年生草本植物,生长在高温、高辐射、高盐碱的海岸带的红树植物,蕴藏着极为独特的天然活性化合物,包括生物碱、黄酮、三萜及三萜皂苷、苯乙醇、甾醇和多糖类等,具有清热解毒,散瘀化痰之功效,主治哮喘、咳嗽、痰壅以及肝纤维化。本文就老鼠簕主要化学成分和药理作用的研究进行综述,为我国海洋老鼠簕进一步开发与利用提供借鉴。
In response to the increasingly strict new environment and policies of"reducing and limiting resistance"in China,the search for green,residue free new precursors of veterinary drugs had become a focus of current research.Acanthus ilicifolius is a perennial herb of Acanthus genus in the family Acanthaceae.It occurred in the mangrove plants in the coastal zone of high temperature,high radiation,and high salinity.It contained extremely unusual natural active products,including alkaloids,flavonoids,triterpenoids,phenylethanols,sterols,and polysaccharides.It had the effects of clearing heat and detoxification,removing blood stasis,and resolving phlegm,and was mainly used to deal with asthma,cough Phlegm obstruction,and liver fibrosis.This article provided an overview of the research on the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Acanthus ilicifolius,providing reference for further development,and utilization of Acanthus ilicifolius.
