摘要
正常组与放射后未给药组的NIH小白鼠淋巴细胞直径分别为10.501±1.436μm和10.154±1.369μm(P>0.05)。放射后喂饲肉苁蓉总式组:小剂量组(125mg/kg)和大剂量组(250mg/kg)的淋巴细胞直径分别为17.602±2.696μm和18.207±2.448μm,与未给药组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。给药组的淋巴细胞出现类似T淋巴细胞转化的形态改变,转化率分别为86%和87%。结果表明:肉苁蓉有增强细胞免疫功能的作用;大剂量给药组的小鼠红细胞出现异形改变;各实验组其它血细胞形态未见明显改变。

lymphocytetransformation。 The rates of transformation were 86%and 87%respectively.These
resultsshow that Cistanche can enhance cell in1munity.Some of the red blood corpuscles of
radiatedrats with large dosage of Glycosies of Cistanche became abnormal in morphology.No
obvi-ous change of other blood cells in every experiment group was found as well。
