摘要
目的探究瘿瘤消散汤联合左甲腺素钠片治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法选取2020年4月至2021年5月本院收治的100例结节性甲状腺肿患者作为研究对象,按照摸球法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用左甲腺素钠片治疗,观察组采用瘿瘤消散汤联合左甲腺素钠片治疗,比较两组甲状腺功能指标[促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))及游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))]、结节直径及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组TRAb、TSH水平均低于对照组,FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组结节直径短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘿瘤消散汤联合左甲腺素钠片治疗结节性甲状腺肿效果确切,可明显改善患者甲状腺功能,缩小结节直径,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gall dissipation soup combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of nodular goiter.Methods 100 patients with nodular goiter from April 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the touching ball method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with gall dissipation soup combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets,the thyroid function indexes(thyrotropinreceptor antibody[TRAb],thyroid stimulating hormone[TSH],free triiodothyronine[FT_(3)]and free thyroxine[FT_(4)]),nodule diameter and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TRAb and TSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of FT_(3) and FT_(4) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the nodule diameter of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gall dissipation soup combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets is effective in the treatment of nodular goiter,it can significantly improve the thyroid function of patients and reduce the diameter of nodules,it is worthy of clinical application.
