摘要
目的分析硒酵母联合左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退的效果。方法80例甲状腺功能减退患者,采用电脑盲选法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组采用左甲状腺素钠治疗,研究组采用硒酵母联合左甲状腺素钠治疗。比较两组甲状腺功能指标[游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))和促甲状腺激素(TSH)]与血脂[甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)]水平。结果治疗前,两组的FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH、TC以及TG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,研究组的TSH(4.21±1.03)μU/ml、TC(4.11±0.22)mmol/L以及TG(0.52±0.11)mmol/L低于对照组的(5.89±2.38)μU/ml、(5.67±0.42)mmol/L、(1.24±0.36)mmol/L,FT_(3)(5.63±1.47)pmol/L与FT_(4)(17.56±3.26)pmol/L高于对照组的(3.85±1.26)、(12.54±2.34)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硒酵母联合左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退患者的效果良好,对于甲状腺功能的改善具有促进作用,有利于调节患者的血脂水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine sodium on hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypothyroidism were divided into control group and research group by computer blind selection method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium,and the research group was treated with selenium yeast and levothyroxine sodium.Both groups were compared in terms of levels of thyroid function indexes[free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroxine(FT_(4))and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)]and blood lipids[triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)].Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FT_(3),FT_(4),TSH,TC and TG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).6 months after treatment,the research group had TSH of(4.21±1.03)μU/ml,TC of(4.11±0.22)mmol/L and TG of(0.52±0.11)mmol/L,which were lower than those of(5.89±2.38)μU/ml,(5.67±0.42)mmol/L and(1.24±0.36)mmol/L in the control group;FT_(3) of(5.63±1.47)pmol/L and FT_(4) of(17.56±3.26)pmol/L in the research group were higher than those of(3.85±1.26)and(12.54±2.34)pmol/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine sodium is effective in patients with hypothyroidism.It can promote the improvement of thyroid function and regulate the blood lipid level of patients.
