基于SNP分子标记的粗叶榕遗传多样性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为揭示粗叶榕种质资源的遗传多样性,本研究利用ddRAD-seq测序技术对131份粗叶榕资源进行测序,分析其遗传结构和遗传多样性。结果表明,在131份粗叶榕资源中共获得1447027个SNP。系统进化、遗传结构和主成分分析结果基本一致,131份资源分为3大类,Group 1的核苷酸多态性(π)、观测杂合度(Ho)和平均期望杂合度(He)最高,分别为0.2810、0.2338和0.2795,表明其遗传多样性最丰富。Group 1和Group 3间的遗传分化程度最高(Fst=0.3284),Group 1和Group 2间的遗传分化程度最低(Fst=0.2317)。粗叶榕种质资源的遗传多样性丰富,3个类群间存在明显的遗传分化。本研究可为粗叶榕种质资源的保护和育种研究提供遗传依据。 In order to reveal the genetic diversity of Ficus hirta Vahl,131 resources were sequenced by ddRAD-seq sequencing technology to analyze their genetic structure and genetic diversity.The results showed that a total of1447027 SNPs were obtained in 131 resources.The results of phylogenetic evolution,genetic structure and principal component analysis were basically the same.The 131 resources were divided into three categories.The nucleotide polymorphism(π),observed heterozygosity(Ho)and average expected heterozygosity(He)of Group 1were the highest,which were 0.2810,0.2338 and 0.2795,respectively,indicating that its genetic diversity was the most abundant.The genetic differentiation between Group 1 and Group 3 was the highest(Fst=0.3284),and the genetic differentiation between Group 1 and Group 2 was the lowest(Fst=0.2317).The genetic diversity of germplasm resources was rich,and there was obvious genetic differentiation among the three groups.This study can provide a genetic basis for the conservation and breeding of germplasm resources.
