摘要
基于入境旅游人数和入境旅游收入等数据,选择环印度洋联盟发挥作用前(2010年)和发挥作用后(2019年)为时间节点,借助改进的引力模型和社会网络分析方法,选择环印度洋地区27个国家为研究对象,分析旅游经济联系格局,并探讨中国角色演化。结果表明:(1)环印度洋地区旅游经济联系强度表现为“东西强、中间弱”的特征,联系规模极不平衡。(2)环印度洋联盟发挥作用前,环印度洋地区旅游经济联系网络分为东南亚板块和中东板块;环印度洋联盟发挥作用后联系网络发生再转移和再平衡,网络由“分割”转化为“整合”,核心由“单板块”跨越到“多板块”。(3)环印度洋地区中国角色经历从“跟随者”“参与者”向“主导者”演化的过程。
Taking international tourist arrivals and international tourism income as the foundation,selecting the time nodes before the Indian Ocean Rim-Association for Regional Cooperation playing role(2010) and after its playing role(2019),with the aid of the improved gravity model and social network analysis,taking 27 countries in the Indian Ocean Rim Region as object,the paper analyzes the contact pattern of tourism economic linkage,and discusses the evolution of China's role.The following results were obtained.Firstly,the intensity of tourism economic linkage in the Indian Ocean Rim Region is “strong in the east and west,weak in the middle”,and the scale of linkage is extremely unbalanced.Secondly,before the Indian Ocean Rim-Association for Regional Cooperation came into play,the region was divided into Southeast Asia and the Middle East plate network.After the association came into play,the linkage network was transferred and rebalanced.The network was transformed from “segmentation” to “integration”,and the core of the network was leaped from “single plate” to “multiple plate”.Thirdly,Chinese role experience has evolved from follower and participant to leader.
