摘要
在铁路路基接触网施工过程中,接触网预埋螺栓位置要求精度高,且施工麻烦。普通施工方法是利用接触网桩基础钢筋笼增加固定钢筋固定预埋螺栓,操作麻烦,破坏钢筋笼结构,且预埋精度低,往往无法满足设计要求。鉴于此,以潍烟铁路施工为例,结合现场实际情况,研究出一种铁路接触网基础预埋螺栓安装固定支架,为未来类似工程的施工提供理论和技术储备。
In the construction process of railway subgrade contact network,the position of the embedded bolts in the contact network requires high accuracy and is difficult to construct.The common construction method is to use the OCS Pile foundation reinforcement cage to add fixed reinforcement to fix the embedded bolts,which is troublesome to operate,destroys the reinforcement cage structure,and the embedded precision is low,often unable to meet the design requirements.Therefore,taking the construction of Weiyan Railway as an example and combining with the actual situation on site,this paper studies a type of pre embedded bolt installation and fixing bracket for railway contact network foundation,providing theoretical and technical reserves for similar engineering construction in the future.
