摘要
北京通州文化旅游区萧太后河南街综合管廊体量大、线性长,弧形部位多,纵向坡度较大,其中电力舱墙体预埋螺栓20 220个,致使模板开孔量大。在不改变既定模板施工方法的基础上,采用预埋螺栓开孔后的固定方式,可简化工序,提高工作效率,降低人工及材料费用,保证螺栓的预埋质量。
The comprehensive pipe gallery project on Xiaotaihou river south street in Beijing Tongzhou Culture and Tourism Zone has big volume,long distance,many arch positions,big longitudinal slope and large workload of formwork openings,including 20220 pre-embedded bolts on the power cabin wall.Without changing the existing formwork construction method,the fixing method after pre-embedded bolt opening was adopted to simplify the construction sequence,improve the construction efficiency,reduce the labor and material cost and guarantee the bolt pre-embedding quality.
