摘要
覆岩离层注浆充填技术既解决了长壁开采控制地表变形的问题,又提高了采出率,但随着该技术的广泛应用,其理论研究和技术发展遇到了瓶颈。以夏店煤矿3117工作面瓦斯泵站下注浆开采项目为例,从离层演化规律、高性能浆液配置和地表观测等方面开展了研究,有效指导实际工程应用,为推进绿色矿山建设、促进离层充填技术的高质量全面发展提供了新的思路。
Technology of overburden abscission layer isolated grouting filling can not only solve the problem of surface deformation control in longwall mining,but also improve the recovery rate.However,with the wide application of this technology,its theoretical research and technical development have encountered bottlenecks.Based on the grouting mining project under the gas pump station of Xiadian Coal Mine 3117 working face,this paper studies the evolution pattern of separation,high-performance slurry configuration and surface observation,effectively guide the practical engineering application,and provides a new idea for promoting the construction of green mine and promoting the high-quality comprehensive development of separation and filling technology.
