摘要
针对外墙保温材料用粘结砂浆收缩较大的缺点,本文采用普通硅酸盐水泥与快硬硫铝酸盐水泥复配以降低砂浆的收缩率。试验结果显示,不论有无UEA膨胀剂的加入,PO-SAC复配可以显著降低砂浆的收缩率,但同时砂浆试样的抗压、抗折强度也会降低,且快硬硫铝酸盐水泥占比在30%时,砂浆试样的强度最低。此外,PO-SAC复配砂浆的凝结时间也较短,该种砂浆要应用于实际工程,仍需要后期试验研究。
Because of the large shrinkage of the mortar used for external thermal insulating materials, in order to re-duce the shrinkage, the ordinary Portland cement and rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement is used to make mortar in this paper. The experimental results show that whether added the UEA expensive agent, or without the expensive agent, compounding of ordinary Portland cement and rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement could significantly reduce the shrinkage of mortar, but the compressive strength and flexural strength of the mortar specimen reduce at the same time, and when the rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement accounted for 30%, the strength of the specimen is the lowest. Moreover, the setting time of the PO-SAC system is very short, so the research is needed to continue whether this kind of mortar is suitable to engineering application.
