摘要
全蝎为有毒之品,张志远教授对其具有独到见解及临证经验,通过醋制全蝎、控制用法用量以及与甘草配伍使用来缓解其毒烈药性,并应用“全蝎-僵蚕”“全蝎-天麻”“全蝎-蜈蚣”药对扩大治疗范围。张教授师古不泥,临床加减应用古方并创制新方,利用全蝎平肝镇静之功治疗不寐;对于痹证,发挥全蝎攻逐走窜之性来通络止痛;运用全蝎搜风通络之长医面神经麻痹、顽固性头痛,均取得满意疗效,为后人对全蝎的认识与应用提供了思路与方法。
Professor Zhang Zhiyuan has unique insight and clinical experience on Scorpion,which is poisonous,and he has used it in vinegar,controlled the usage and dosage and used it in combination with licorice to alleviate its poisonous properties,and applied"scorpion-bombyx batryticatus""scorpion-gastrodia elata",and"scorpion-centipede"to expand the scope of treatment.Professor Zhang learns ancient recipes without sticking to them,modifies ancient prescriptions and creates new prescriptions,and uses the power of scorpion to calm the liver and calm the mind to treat insomnia;for arthralgia syndrome,giving play to the nature of attacking and fleeing of scorpion to activating meridians to stop pain;using the strength of dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians to treat facial paralysis and intractable headache,and satisfactory curative effects have been obtained,which provide ideas and methods for future generations to understand and apply scorpion.
