摘要
农药在农作物生长中具有重要作用,可以有效减少病虫害,部分农药还能促进植物生产,提高农产品产量与品质。在农药实际使用过程中,由于使用不规范且部分种植者片面追求经济利益,农药残留情况严重,影响了食物安全,也对环境造成了破坏。本文主要分析了我国当前农药残留检测现状,阐述了当前主要使用的农药残留检测方法,针对未来农药残留检测,提出多种措施与途径,以推动未来农药残留检测方法与技术的进步,从而更好地促进农药的合理使用,保护人们的身体健康与环境安全。
Pesticides play an important role in crop growth,effectively reducing pests and diseases.Some pesticides can also promote plant production and improve the yield and quality of agricultural products.In the actual use of pesticides,due to the non-standard use and some growers one-sided pursuit of economic interests,pesticide residues are serious,affecting food safety,but also caused damage to the environment.This article mainly analyzes the current status of pesticide residue detection in China and elaborates on the main pesticide residue detection methods currently used.For the future pesticide residue detection,a variety of measures and ways were proposed to promote the progress of future pesticide residue detection methods and technologies,so as to better promote the rational use of pesticides and protect people’s health and environmental safety.
