摘要
本文对同步荧光光谱及其导数光谱进行计算机模拟,并由微机处理结果来判断多组份体系同步-导数荧光分析法同时测定的可行性。
Based on the similarity of synchronous spectra to Gauss distribution, a simulator program was presented for the judgement on the possibility for sinultaneous determination of multicomponent system by synchronous-derivative spectrofluorimetry. Having been applied to some practical multicomponent systems, this program was proved to be simple and feasible.
