MBR处理市政污水的膜清洗方法及污染特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 膜污染是MBR工艺运行的重要限制条件,膜清洗是抑制膜污染和恢复膜通量的主要途径,为探索更有效的膜恢复性清洗方法,提出“水气协同”清洗方法。为研究该方法的清洗效果,考察了该方法与常规方法清洗后MBR工艺运行过程中TMP的变化情况,对清洗前后的膜丝进行SEM分析,针对清洗后MBR工艺运行的TMP对温度、pH及MLSS等运行参数的响应进行了进一步研究。结果表明:“水气协同”清洗更彻底,且MBR膜特性基本保持不变,不同运行参数对TMP的影响不同,其中pH影响最小,温度的影响最为明显,随着温度降低TMP变化更加明显,污泥膨胀多发,SVI增大,同时低温能够影响微生物代谢,进而影响膜污染。“水气协同”清洗方法对膜污染的清除具有更好的效果,且操作简单,经济效益良好,对MBR工艺的广泛推广具有重要意义。 Membrane pollution is an important limiting condition of the MBR process operation,and membrane cleaning is the main way to restrain membrane pollution and restore membrane flux.In order to explore a more effective cleaning method for membrane recovery,a"water-gas coordination"cleaning method was proposed.In order to study the cleaning effect of this method,the changes of TMP during MBR process operation after cleaning by this method and conventional method were investigated.The membrane filaments before and after cleaning were analyzed by SEM,and the response of TMP to temperature,pH and MLSS of MBR process after cleaning was further studied.The results showed that the"water-gas coordination"cleans more thoroughly,and the characteristics of the MBR membrane remain basically unchanged.different operating parameters have different effects on TMP,among which pH has the least effect,and the temperature has the most obvious effect.TMP changes more obviously as the temperature decreases.The sludge swells frequently,and the SVI increases.At the same time,low temperature can affect microbial metabolism,thereby affecting membrane pollution.The"water-gas coordination"cleaning method has a better effect on the removal of membrane pollution,with simple operation and good economic benefit,which is of great significance for the widespread popularization of MBR process.
