摘要
为了研究膜分离技术在印染污水处理中的应用效果,比较微滤膜、超滤膜和纳滤膜在去除悬浮颗粒物、有机污染物和重金属方面的效果,通过计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟实验,分析不同膜在操作压力下的通量、截留率和能耗表现,并进行数据对比分析。结果表明,微滤膜通量最高,但对有机污染物和重金属去除效果有限。超滤膜截留率高,能耗适中。纳滤膜在高污染物去除方面表现优异,但能耗最高。压力增加,提升了各膜的通量,但也相应提高了能耗。因此,实际运用时,应根据印染污水性质及处理目标合理选用膜分离技术。
To study the performance differences of membrane separation technology in textile dyeing wastewater treatment,the effects of microfiltration membranes,ultrafiltration membranes,and nanofiltration membranes in removing suspended particles,organic pollutants,and heavy metals were compared.The article analyzed the flux,rejection rate,and energy consumption performance of different membranes under operating pressure through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation experiments and conducted comparative data analysis.The results indicated that microfiltration membranes have the highest flux but limited removal effects for organic pollutants and heavy metals.Ultrafiltration membranes have high rejection rates and moderate energy consumption.Nanofiltration membranes perform excellently in removing high levels of pollutants but have the highest energy consumption.The increase in pressure enhances the flux of each membrane but also correspondingly raises energy consumption.Therefore,in practical applications,membrane separation technology should be selected rationally based on the characteristics of the dyeing wastewater and the treatment objectives.
