摘要
选取2013一2020年省域面板数据,考察数字经济发展、人力资本水平与城乡收入差距之间的相互作用关系。研究发现:数字经济发展对城乡收入差距存在先缩小后扩大的“U”型影响,而农村人力资本水平的提高能够显著强化数字经济发展初期缩小城乡收入差距的积极作用,抑制数字经济发展后期扩大城乡收入差距的消极作用。机制检验表明,非农就业和农业生产率是数字经济影响城乡收入差距的两大路径。进一步分析发现,目前中国东部地区数字经济发展水平正快速逼近“U”型拐点,其他地区离拐点仍有一定距离且逼近速度缓慢。研究结论有利于深刻把握数字经济发展影响城乡收入差距的作用规律。
Based on provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020,this paper examines the relationship between digital economy development,human capital level and urban-rural income gap.Research has found that the development of the digital economy has a"U"-shaped impact on the urban-rural income gap,which first narrows and then expands.Improving the level of rural human capital can significantly strengthen the positive effect of narrowing the urban-rural income gap in the early stages of digital economy development,and suppress the negative effect of expanding the urban-rural income gap in the later stages of digital economy development.Mechanism testing indicates that non agricultural employment and agricultural productivity are the two major paths through which the digital economy affects the urban-rural income gap.Further analysis reveals that the development level of the digital economy in the eastern region of China is rapidly approaching the"U"-shaped inflection point,while other regions stil have a certain distance from the inflection point and the approaching speed is slow.The above research conclusions are of great significance for deeply understanding the role of digital economy development in the urban-rural income gap.
