摘要
药品临床综合评价中的经济性是重要的评价维度,但由于药品临床综合评价的决策目标和应用场景广泛,往往需要对多个药品一同进行评估。常见的增量成本效果比并不适合直接纳入综合评价指标体系。本文从基础理论和方法入手,系统介绍经济学评价中基于确定性分析和概率敏感性分析的多方案比较方法及结果解读方式,分析不同方法的优势与缺点,并针对不同的方法作出指标设计的建议,为药品临床综合评价提供参考。
Economy is an important evaluation dimension in clinical evaluation.However,due to the decision-making objectives and application scenarios of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs,it is often necessary to evaluate several drugs together.The common incremental cost-effectiveness ratio is not suitable to be directly incorporated into the comprehensive evaluation index system.With basic theory and method,this paper systematically introduced the full incremental analysis and the interpretation method of results based on deterministic analysis and probabilistic sensitivity analysis in economic evaluation,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,and provided suggestions for index selection to provide reference for high quality scientific evaluation of drugs.
