摘要
建设能适应新教育形式的教职工文化服务体系,对高校教职工进行持续性的文化熏陶和影响,提高教职工的文化自信,保障高校教职工文化素养的先进性,对优化我国高等教育综合质量具有重要意义。但当前国内针对高校教职工文化服务体系构建的研究较少,且很多高校尚未认识到这一举措对促进自身发展的重要性,为此,本文围绕新形势下高校应如何构建教职工文化服务体系的论题展开研究,首先阐述创建教职工文化服务体系的必要性,然后介绍教职工文化服务体系建设标准,最后从多个角度论述助力高校完成教职工文化服务体系构建的可行措施,旨在为相关人员提供参考。
It is of great importance to optimize the comprehensive quality of higher education in our country to build faculty cultural service system that can adapt to the new educational form,to continue the cultural edifica-tion and influence on university faculty,to improve the cultural self-confidence of faculty and to ensure the ad-vancement of the cultural accomplishment of faculty.However,at present,there are few researches on the con-struction of the faculty cultural service system in China,and many colleges and universities have not realized the importance of this measure to promote their own development.Therefore,this paper focuses on the topic of how colleges and universities should construct the faculty cultural service system under the new circumstances,and firstly expounds the necessity of establishing the faculty cultural service system;then,it introduces the construc-tion standards of the faculty cultural service system;finally,it discusses feasible measures to help colleges and universities complete the construction of the faculty cultural service system from multiple perspectives,aiming at providing references for relevant personnel.
