摘要
广州大学图书馆与广州市人民政府政务管理办公室、广州市档案局合作共建广州市政务中心政务资讯厅,创建了高校图书馆信息社会化服务的崭新模式。政务资讯厅经过建设期的实践,不断拓展和完善服务功能,营造了广州大学服务政府的合作平台,并从理顺管理机制,提高服务水平;提升综合服务功能,深度开发信息资源;构建社会服务机制,促进地方高校发展;加强服务梯队建设,提升馆员综合素质等4个方面继续深化资讯厅的服务内涵。
The thesis aims to give a brief introduction to the Information Hall of Guangzhou Government Affairs Center co-built by Guangzhou University Library, Guangzhou Government Affairs Office and Guangzhou Archives Bureau. By continuously extending and improving functions, the Information Hall provides an integrated platform, serving Guangzhou University and the locat government during the construction period, which creates a new open service modle for society. The Information Hall will continue to focus on its service in following aspects： to rationalize the management mechanism and improve service levels, to enhance the comprehensive service functions and deeply develop information resources; to establish the social service mechanism and contribute to the development of regional universities; to improve librarians＇ comprehensive quality.
