摘要
本文简单介绍了高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术的基本原理和检测特点,并综述了该技术在生物碱类、黄酮类、萜类、皂苷类、香豆素类天然产物成分药代动力学研究中的应用,指出现有高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术为天然产物开发利用相关研究提供了理论依据。
This paper briefly introduces the basic principle and detection characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),and summarizes and reviewed the application of this technology in the pharmacokinetic studies of alkaloids,flavonoids,terpenoids,saponins,coumarins and other natural products.It points out that the existing high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)technology provides a theoretical basis for the research on the development and utilization of natural products.
