摘要
为利用大量消纳赤泥与废旧混凝土,对水泥、赤泥和再生混凝土进行配合比设计,并对其强度机理进行分析。根据试验得到其最优配合比为水泥∶赤泥=1∶4,其中废旧混凝土占总质量的75%;掺入适量的赤泥不仅可以作为细料填充再生集料骨架,使结构变为骨架密实型,而且可以作为胶结料取代一部分水泥,起到胶凝作用,提高混合料的强度;赤泥的掺入会使混合料的最大干密度减小;赤泥具有早强性,但是对混合料后期强度增长作用不大。
In order to utilize a large amount of consumed red mud and waste concrete,the mix ratio of cement,red mud and recycled concrete was designed,and its strength mechanism was analyzed.According to the test,the optimal mix proportion is cement∶red mud=1∶4,in which waste concrete accounts for 75%of the total mass.Adding appropriate amount of red mud can not only be used as fine material to fill the skeleton of recycled aggregate and make the structure become dense skeleton,but also can be used as binder to replace part of cement to play the role of cementation and improve the strength of mixture.The addition of red mud will reduce the maximum dry density of the mixture.Red mud has early strength when it forms early strength,but it has little effect on the later strength growth of mixture.
