摘要
赤泥大规模综合利用是一项世界性的难题。赤泥作为道路材料是消耗赤泥量较大的一种综合利用方式。本文利用国内氧化铝厂烧结法赤泥、电厂粉煤灰为主要原料,系统进行了烧结法赤泥作为路面基层材料的室内实验.在此基础上,在山东淄博建造了第一条烧结法赤泥的示范性公路,全长约4km,共消耗干基赤泥约15kt。是近年来消耗赤泥量最大的应用工程。经过交通部门现场钻芯取样,赤泥基层强度达到了一级公路和高速公路的国家标准。经过经济性分析,赤泥混合基层的工程造价比传统基层材料单位压实方低10-20元。
Effective utilization of red mud is a research project in the world. Recycling red mud as road base material is believed as an effective utilization method of red mud. Novel road base materials have been developed, mainly made from the red mud from sintering process, and washed fly ash. On basis of laboratory experiments, the first demonstration road about 4km has been constructed with red mud road base. The consumption of drying red mud is about 1.5 × 104 tons in the road construction engineering, which consumed the largest quantity of red mud. The strength of samples drifted from the road is up to strength standard of soil road base solidified by lime and industrial solid wastes for high - class road. According to economic analysis, engineering cost of red mud road base per compressive m^3 is CNY 10-20 Yuan lower than traditional road base materials.
