摘要
结合某大型综合体项目的装配式超大型商业裙房工程,针对商业裙房的预制体系进行了深入研究,将原柱梁现浇+单跨水平楼板预制的体系,优化调整为柱、主梁现浇+次梁、多跨水平楼板预制的体系,有效减少了施工过程中塔吊的吊运次数以及临时支撑体系的面积,实现了超大型商业综合体预制工程的快速施工,提高了施工工效,合理缩短了施工工期。项目达到了商业综合体结构的合理优化、高效施工等绿色施工的要求,可以为类似的商业综合体项目的预制体系深化及现场施工提供一定的借鉴。
Combined with the prefabricated mega commercial podium project of a large complex project,the prefabricated system of commercial podium was studied in depth,and the original system of cast-in-place column and beam+prefabricated single-span horizontal floor slab was optimized and adjusted to the system of cast-in-place column and main beam+prefabricated secondary beam and multi-span horizontal floor slab,which effectively reduced the number of tower cranes and the area of temporary support system during the construction process,realized the rapid construction of prefabricated works of mega commercial complex,improved the construction efficiency and reasonably shortened the construction period.The project has achieved the requirements of green construction such as reasonable optimization and efficient construction of commercial complex structure,which can provide reference for the deepening of prefabricated system and on-site construction of similar commercial complex projects.
