摘要 预应力混凝土叠合板具有板薄、用钢量小、施工简便及质量可靠等特点,在工程中得到了广泛应用。但由于采用二次浇筑工艺,其受力性能与整体浇筑预应力混凝土板有所区别。工程中一般通过对叠合面的适当处理,以确保其受力整体性。结合某具体工程,应用有限元分析手段,对预应力混凝土叠合板和整体浇筑板进行对比分析。分析结果表明:预制预应力底板施工过程中最大挠度仅为其跨度的1/1752,几乎可以忽略;预应力叠合板正常使用阶段的受力性能和破坏形态均与整体浇筑板一致;极限荷载阶段,叠合面几乎无相对变形,最大剪应力0.373MPa,也在规范限值以内。因此,从变形、承载力等方面均证明了预应力混凝土叠合板叠合面施工构造处理的安全性。 The prestressed concrete composite slab has the beneficial aspects such as thinner thickness, lower quan- tity of reinforcements, fast erection and high quality. Therefore, it has been wildly applied in civil engineering to fully achieve its economic and technical advantages. Its mechanical behavior is different from the integral concreting prestressed slab due to secondary concreting. By proper treatment on the interface between precast and cast-in-situ concrete, the integrity of composite slab is satisfied in current engineering. Based on a specific project, the com- parative analysis was carried out on the composite slab and cast-in-situ slab through FEM and got some conclusions. The maximum deflection of the precast prestressed bottom slab in construction progress could be negligible with the value of about 1/1752 of its span ; the force mechanism and failure mode of the prestressed composite slab are iden- tical with the integral concreting slab; in the ultimate load stage the relative deformation and the shear stress with the value of 0. 373 MPa are also acceptable. The safety of construction configuration of the interface of the pres- tressed concrete composite slab is proved in the aspects of deformation and bearing capacity.
