摘要
以某滑雪场为研究对象,介绍了网架整体提升施工及直立锁边铝镁锰板金属屋面施工流程,主要解决因网架变形、球节点与杆件焊接角度偏差、钢网架分块杆件补缺不均匀沉降等变形,引起屋面檩条位移偏差,从而导致金属屋面二级檩条施工偏位的问题,可为类似工程提供实践参考。
Taking a ski resort as the research object,the construction process of overall grid frame lifting and upright locking edge Al-Mg-Mn plate metal roofing is introduced,which mainly solves the problem of deviation of roof purlin displacement caused by deformation of the grid frame,deviation of welding angle between ball node and rod,uneven settlement of steel grid frame sub-piece rod patch,thus leading to deviation of metal roofing secondary purlin construction,which can provide a practical reference for similar projects.
