倒置保温层铝板轻质屋面施工新技术 被引量:3

New Construction Technology of Inverted Insulation Layer Aluminum Lightweight Roof

摘要 倒置保温层铝板轻质屋面是以优质轻钢龙骨作为骨架,以铝板作为面板,并在面层铝板和底层铝板之间填充玻璃保温棉且面层铝板具有氟碳漆表面涂层的新型节能屋面。介绍了该施工技术的特点和原理,详细阐述了屋面的施工工序,提出了质量控制和产品保护措施,与传统施工方法相比,该技术针对倒置保温层铝板轻质屋面施工工法的研究进一步提出屋面的平整度控制、保温隔热性能的持久稳定性、提高屋面防水、泄水性能等施工措施,从而大大延长了产品的使用年限等创新研究内容。最后对该技术进行了总结。应用结果表明,该屋面系统具有质量轻、强度高、防水、保温性能好等特点,工程质量得到保证,提高了经济效益。 Inverted insulation layer aluminum lightweight roof is made of high quality light steel keel as skeleton,taking aluminum veneer as panel,then filling in glass insulation cotton between the surface and bottom aluminum plate,and the surface layer aluminum plate is designed with fluorocarbon coating.It is a kind of new energy-saving roof.The article describes the characteristics and principles of the construction technology,expounds the roof construction process in detail,proposes the quality control and product protection measures.Compared with traditional construction methods,the new method research for inverted insulation layer aluminum lightweight roof construction engineering methods further proposed: roof flatness control,thermal insulation performance of lasting stability,improving the roof waterproof and drainage performance and other innovative research measures,thus greatly extending the service life of roof.In the end,authors summarizes the construction technology.The results show that the roof system has the characteristics of light weight,high strength,waterproof,good insulation properties etc,ensures the engineering quality and improves the economic efficiency.
