摘要
快速获取可靠的海洋信息对海洋发展具有十分重要的意义。目前海洋观测数据传输业务主要通过地面网通信方式进行,地面网是海洋观测数据传输的重要通信方式,具有传输稳定、丢包率小和全双工等优势,但其故障时会严重影响数据传输的稳定性和时效性,因此添加合适的备用链路就显得尤为重要。本文介绍了海洋观测数据传输现状,对比了不同无线通信方式的特点,开展地面网和无线网相互备份和接续传输的技术研究,提出了无线网和地面网相结合的双链路通信方式,即日常状态下采用地面网通信,地面网故障时自动切换至无线链路,以提高数据传输的到报率,进而提高数据传输的稳定性和时效性。
Rapid acquisition of reliable marine information is of great significance to marine development.At present,ocean observation data transmission business is mainly accomplished through ground network communication.The ground network is an important communication mode of marine observation data transmission,which has the advantages of stable transmission,low packet loss rate and full duplex.However,the stability and timeliness of data transmission will be seriously affected when the ground network is interrupted.Therefore it is particularly important to select an appropriate backup link.This paper introduces current situation of ocean observation data transmission,compares the characteristics of different wireless communication modes,and conducts research on methods and technologies for mutual backup and continuous transmission between the ground network and wireless network is carried out.Finally,a dual-link communication mode that combines wireless network and ground network is proposed,that is,ground network communication is adopted under daily conditions,and wireless network is automatically switched in case of ground network failure,thus improving the arrival rate of data transmission and greatly enhancing the stability and timeliness of data transmission.
