摘要
对青岛海洋资料共享服务系统功能与业务流程进行了系统分析,并结合B/S模式的优点,选用Oracle数据库和JSP开发语言,提出了以安全为基础的系统设计思想,实现了国家自然科学基金项目信息及数据发布的网络化管理,实现了海洋科学数据共享。
The function and the operational procedure of Qingdao Oceanic Data-sharing Service System are systematically analysed. The ideas for the system design are concentrated on the system security. The system has the B/S model advantages and it utilizes Oracle data storage and JSP development language, By means of the system the networks are realized in the management for information promulgation of the NSFC financed projects and the related data, and the aims for the data-sharing service of marine sciences are attained.
