摘要
针对传统煤矿空压机控制系统存在的供气不稳定、吸气波动范围较大、能耗严重等问题,在对空压机工艺流程及控制方案研究的基础上,对空压机工艺流程进行了改进,在传统工艺流程前端及中端加入了表冷器及旁通管对空气进行降温并增大流通量,有效减小空气压缩过程的能量损耗,并采用了模糊PID技术对空压机进行控制,实现空压机风量自适应调节,以降低能量损耗,节能效果显著。
In view of the problems of unstable air supply,large fluctuation range of suction air and serious energy consumption in the traditional coal mine air compressor control system,based on the study of the air compressor process and control scheme,the air compressor process was improved by adding a surface cooler and a bypass pipe to cool down the air and increase the circulation volume at the front and middle of the traditional process,which effectively reduces the energy loss in the air compression process,and The fuzzy PID technology is used to control the air compressor to achieve adaptive adjustment of the air volume to reduce energy loss.
