摘要
详细解析了空压机恒压控制过程中诸多参数之间的相互关系,建立了空压机时变系统模型,提出了基于串级控制的广义预测控制策略,并成功地应用于空压机调节系统。结果表明,该优化控制律能有效消除不确定干扰和非线性因素,提高系统的控制精度和动态品质。
The relationship between the parameters during the control process of the CPC system is studied and the time-varying system model is built.We propose a generalized predictive control method based on cascade control and apply it to the air compressor,regulation system.Simulation results show that the method can efficiently check the unexpected perturbations and improve the control precision and dynamic qualities of the system.
