摘要
为解决采煤工作面转运效率低的问题,根据现场的转运需求设计匹配的可在狭小空间应用的小型转载机。在对转载机总体结构设计的基础上,初步确定的转载机机身高度、宽度等指标;并重点对转载机铲斗结构和动臂结构进行设计,以及对动臂铰接点进行了优化,达到了降低铰接点应力的效果。
In order to solve the problem of low transfer efficiency at the coal mining face,a small transfer machine that can be applied in a small space is designed to match the transfer requirements of the site.Based on the overall structure design of the loader,the height and width of the body of the loader were initially determined;then,the structure of the bucket and the movable arm of the loader were designed,and the hinge point of the movable arm was optimized to achieve the effect of reducing the stress at the hinge point.
