摘要
针对调平机构对伸缩臂叉车装卸作业性能的影响,以提高调平机构作用力臂和降低油缸油压波动为目标建立了优化数学模型,采用遗传算法对该机构的结构尺寸进行优化,仿真表明优化后的结构能大大提高伸缩臂叉车装卸作业性能。
The leveling mechanism is a key factor that restricts the telescopic exertion capability when loading and unloading of goods. Amathematieal model of optimization is established, using the genetic algorithm to improve the transmission force arm and reduce the oil pressure fluctuations, then the dimension of the structure is optimized, the simulation shows that the optimized result can enhance its performance.
