摘要
为了保证井下长距离钻井设备的正常定向钻进,根据参数计算和结构设计,研制了矿用全液压隧道钻机摩擦盘定向制动装置。通过仿真,对定向装置工作过程中摩擦片产生的应力场进行了数值模拟,得到了摩擦片的应力分布和转矩。为了验证设计的钻机定向制动装置相对可靠,又开展了现场的工业性试验。结果表明,设计的钻机定向制动装置可以产生很好的制动效果,保障了井下长距离钻进施工的安全。
In order to ensure the normal directional drilling of long-distance downhole driling equipment,a friction disc directional braking device for mining fully hydraulic tunnel drlling rigs was developed based on parameter calculation and structural design.Through simulation,the stress field generated by the friction disc during the operation of the directional device was numerically simulated,and the stress distribution and torque of the friction disc were obtained.In order to verify the relative reliability of the designed drilling rig directional braking device,another industrial test in the field was carried out.The results show that the designed drilling rig directional braking device can produce a good braking effect and guarantee the safety of long-distance drilling construction downhole.
