摘要
为解决传统干扰床分选机对中级密度相对均匀物料分选效果差的问题,在对分选方案进行对比并采用溢流再分选的方案后,重点对分选机中的给水结构、分选腔直径、分选腔高度、底流口直径等参数通过数值模拟仿真的手段优化确定,并对所设计分选机的分选效果和最佳运行工艺参数进行试验验证评估。
In order to solve the problem of poor sorting effect of the traditional interference bed sorting machine on the medium density relatively uniform material,after comparing the sorting scheme and adopting the overflow re-sorting scheme,the parameters of the water feed structure,diameter of the sorting chamber,height of the sorting chamber and diameter of the bottom flow port in the sorting machine were optimized by means of numerical simulation;and the sorting effect and the optimum operating process parameters of the designed sorting machine were The sorting effect and the optimum operating parameters of the designed sorting machine were also evaluated by means of experimental verification.
