摘要
为适应大规模电动汽车接入电网和直流负荷不断增长的发展趋势,发展交直流混合配电网已成为当前配电网研究的重要方向。通过建立交直流混合配电网数学模型,分析其在改善配电网末端电压偏差、三相不平衡问题以及提高配电网功率传输能力的优势。提出一种交直流混合配电网有序充电控制策略,实现充分利用配电变压器容量的同时防止变压器过载,且保障了原有交流配电网负荷的电能质量。在不增加配电变压器容量的情况下,提升配电网接纳电动汽车的能力。为激励用户主动参与有序充电,采取分时电价策略鼓励用户谷时充电,通过负荷预测有序控制谷时电动汽车充电功率,维持变压器负载率在合理区间,提高居民经济性的同时也符合电网利益。最后通过仿真验证了交直流混合配电网有序充电策略的有效性。
To meet the development trend of large-scale electric vehicle integration into the power grid and the continuous increase in DC loads,the development of AC/DC hybrid distribution networks has become an important direction for current distribution network research.By establishing a mathematical model for AC/DC hybrid distribution networks,the advantages of improving the voltage deviation at the end of the distribution network,three-phase imbalance issues,and enhancing the power transmission capacity of the distribution network are analyzed.A AC/DC hybrid distribution network ordered charging control strategy is proposed to fully utilize the capacity of distribution transformers while preventing transformer overload,and ensuring the power quality of the original AC distribution network load.Without increasing the capacity of the distribution transformer,the charging capacity of the distribution network for electric vehicles is improved.To encourage users to actively participate in ordered charging,a time-of-use pricing strategy is adopted to encourage users to charge during off-peak hours.Through load forecasting and ordered control of offpeak electric vehicle charging power,the transformer load rate is maintained within a reasonable range,which not only improves the economy for residents but also aligns with the interests of the power grid.Finally,the effectiveness of the above AC/DC hybrid distribution network ordered charging strategy is verified through simulation.
