光储超充一体化电站中的多指标信任评估模型研究

摘要 针对现有无线传感器网络的信任评估模型在处理节点数据采集和快速识别恶意节点攻击方面的局限性,通过建立一种综合考虑节点通信状态和采集数据的多指标信任评估模型,以适应光储超充一体化电站场景高可信强防御的需求。首先,该模型首次同时引入信用增强系数、异常衰弱因子及时间衰减因子,以优化贝叶斯方法对节点的历史通信行为信任评估,随后基于数据一致性原则进行感应信任评估,以筛选出可信的推荐节点。在此基础上,进一步实施传递信任评估和基于贴近度理论的区域信任评估。最终,通过熵权法对通信信任、感应信任、传递信任和区域信任进行加权耦合,并引入自适应权重机制以实现实时迭代更新。实验结果验证了所提模型在光储超充一体化电站场景中对节点信任的准确评估能力,以及在不同系统环境下实时有效识别恶意节点的潜力,为提高无线传感器网络在复杂应用场景中的安全性和可靠性提供了新的视角和方法。 In response to the limitations of current trust evaluation models within wireless sensor networks concerning the collection of node data and the swift identification of malicious node attacks,this research endeavors to establish a multi index trust evaluation model that holistically considers the communication status of nodes and the data they collect.This model is tailored to accommodate the high-reliability and robust defense requirements of the integrated photovoltaic-storage-supercharging power station.Initially,the model employs an improved Bayesian approach to evaluate the communication trust of terminal nodes based on their historical communication behaviors.Subsequently,it conducts a sensing trust evaluation based on the principle of data consistency to filter out reliable recommendation nodes.Building on this foundation,the model further implements transitive trust evaluation and region-based trust evaluation grounded in proximity theory.Ultimately,the model utilizes the entropy weight method to weight and couple communication trust,sensing trust,transitive trust,and regional trust,and introduces an adaptive weight mechanism to achieve real-time iterative updates.Simulation experimental results validate the model's accurate evaluation capability of node trust in the scenario of integrated photovoltaic-storage-supercharging power station,as well as its potential to effectively identify malicious nodes in real time under different system environments.This paper provides a new perspective and method for enhancing the security and reliability of wireless sensor networks in complex application scenarios.
