新杨芦花鸡产蛋后期饲料效率性状遗传参数分析 被引量:5

Genetic Parameter Analysis on Feed Efficiency Traits in the Late Laying Period of Xinyang Luhua Chicken

摘要 为进一步挖掘新杨芦花鸡长周期生产的潜力,试验对300只新杨芦花鸡60~64周龄(T1)和80~84周龄(T2)两阶段的剩余采食量(RFI)、饲料转化率(FCR)、日采食量(FI)、代谢体重(MBW)、体增重(BWG)、日平均产蛋重(EM)的遗传参数进行计算,采用AI-REML方法进行遗传分析。结果显示,T1周期和T2周期RFI、FCR和FI的遗传力估计值分别为0.10、0.09、0.15和0.05、0.06、0.04。两个周期的RFI与FI遗传参数均呈高度正相关,分别为0.26和0.73。T1和T2两阶段间的RFI、FCR遗传相关处于高度相关水平,分别为0.98和0.99。RFI与FI呈强正相关,与EM无明显变化。结果表明,低剩余采食量的选择可以明显降低采食量,而蛋重没有显著变化,饲料转化率的选择可使产蛋量有显著改变,对个体采食量性状则没有显著影响。 In order to further explore the potential of Xinyang Luhua chickens for long-cycle production,genetic parameters of residual feed intake(RFI),feed conversion ratio(FCR),daily feed intake(FI),metabolic body weight(MBW),body weight gain(BWG)and mean daily egg mass(EM)were calculated for 300 Xinyang Luhua grouse at 60 to 64 weeks of age(T1)and 80 to 84 weeks of age(T2).Genetic analysis was performed using the AI-REML method.The results showed that the heritability estimates of RFI,FCR and FI for T1 and T2 cycles were 0.10,0.09,0.15 and 0.05,0.06,0.04,respectively,and the genetic correlations of RFI and FI for the two cycles were 0.26 and 0.73,respectively,with high positive correlations.The genetic correlations of RFI and FCR for T1 and T2 were 0.98 and 0.99,at high correlation level.RFI and FI were strongly positively correlated with each oth⁃er and did not differ significantly from EM.The results showed that the choice of low residual feed intake could significantly re⁃duce feed intake,while egg weight did not change significantly.The choice of feed conversion ratio could lead to a significant change in egg production,but no significant effect on individual feed intake traits.
