“涝疫复合”期间实习护生职业认同感及其影响因素

Professional Identity and Its Influencing Factors of Nursing Intern during the Period of "Flood and Epidemic Compound"

摘要 目的了解“涝疫复合”期间实习护生职业认同感及其影响因素,为灾害期间开展职业教育提供理论依据。方法2021年8月,采用便利抽样法抽取河南省某三级甲等综合医院847名实习护生为研究对象。采用一般资料调查问卷、获益感量表、感知教师支持量表、广泛焦虑量表(GAD-7)和职业认同感量表进行调查。结果多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年龄、获益感、焦虑和感知教师支持是“涝疫复合”期间护生职业认同感的主要影响因素,可解释总变异的25.1%。结论“涝疫复合”期间护生职业认同感处于中等水平,需关注女性、年龄小、获益感低、焦虑程度高和感知教师支持程度低的护生的职业认同情况,及时采取针对性措施,进一步提高护生职业认同感水平。 Objective To understand the professional identity and influencing factors of nursing intern during the period of"flood and epidemic compound",and to provide theoretical basis for carrying out vocational education during disasters.Methods In August 2021,a convenient sampling method was used to select 847 intern nursing students from Grade A general hospital in Henan Province as the research subjects.The survey was conducted by using a general information survey questionnaire,a sense of benefit scale,a perceived teacher support scale,a generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7),and a professional identity scale.Results Multiple linear r-egression analysis showed that gender,age,sense of benefit,anxiety,and perceived teacher support were the main influencing factors for nursing students′professional recognition during the flood epidemic complex period,which could explain 25.1%of the total variance.Conclusion During the period of"flood and epidemic compound",the professional identity of nursing students is at a moderate level.It is necessary to pay attention to the professional identity of nursing students who are female,young,have low sense of benefit,high level of anxiety,and have low levels of perceived teacher support.Targeted measures should be taken in a timely manner to further improve the level of professional identity of nursing students.
