摘要
中小企业信息化战略是中小企业信息化过程中极为重要的工作。但现有信息化战略制定的一般方法基本以大企业信息化实践为基础。通过分析中小企业优势和劣势,指出中小企业信息化的总体要求,并应用战略管理中计划学派理论给出了中小企业信息化战略管理的一般模型。
SME informatization strategy is of great importance for SME informatization.But the current common methods of developing informatization strategy are mainly based on the informatization practice of large enterprises.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of SME,this paper makes the overall requirements of SME informatization and then,by applying the theories of the planning school on strategic management,constructs a general model of SME information strategic management.
