摘要
目的探究达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月江苏省盱眙县人民医院收治的82例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用计算机法对研究对象进行编号并分组,每组41例,对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用达格列净片+盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗,对比治疗效果。结果治疗前两组血糖、血脂水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血糖水平均下降,同时观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.382、2.441、2.502,P<0.05);治疗后,两组血脂TG、TC、LDL-C水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组,HDL-C水平上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.511、2.246、2.458、2.616,P<0.05)。治疗前两组胰岛功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FINS、HOMA-IR水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组,HOMA-β水平上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.557、2.626、2.426,P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应的发生率分别19.51%、14.64%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者使用达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗,能改善患者糖脂代谢和胰岛功能,且不会增加低血糖等并发症的发生风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of Dapagliflozin Tablets combined with Metformin Hydrochloride in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 82 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the People's Hospital of Xuyi County,Jiangsu Province from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were numbered by computer method and grouped into 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Dapagliflozin Tablets+Metformin Hydrochloride,to compare the treatment effects.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose and lipid levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels in the two groups decreased on average,while the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.382,2.441,2.502,P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of blood lipids TG,TC,and LDL-C in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,while the HDL-C level increased,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.511,2.246,2.458,2.616,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in islet function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of FINS and HOMA-IR in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.HOMA-βThe level increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.557,2.626,2.426,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group was 19.51%and 14.62%respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of Dapagliflozin Tablets with Metformin Hydrochloride in patients with type 2 diabetes improves glucolipid metabolism and pancreatic islet function without increasing the risk of complications such as hypoglycemia.
