摘要
目的分析德谷胰岛素联合参芪地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至12月我院收治的80例T2DM患者为研究对象,根据临床用药方案将其分为常规组(40例,德谷胰岛素治疗)和联合组(40例,德谷胰岛素联合参芪地黄汤治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的FPG、2 h PG、TC、TG、HDL水平及HbA1c均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的TM、ET水平及vWF、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组的血糖、血脂达标时间、血pH值恢复时间短于常规组,胰岛素每日使用量少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论德谷胰岛素联合参芪地黄汤治疗T2DM的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的血糖及血脂指标,减少胰岛素每日使用量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin degludec combined with Shenqi Dihuang decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2MD).Methods A total of 80 T2DM patients admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to clinical medication regimen,the patients were divided into conventional group(40 cases,insulin degludec treatment)and combined group(40 cases,insulin degludec combined with Shenqi Dihuang decoction treatment),and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FPG,2 h PG,TC,TG,HDL levels and HbA1c in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TM,ET levels,vWF,whole high blood viscosity,whole low blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The reach the standard time of blood glucose,blood lipid and recovery time of blood pH value in the combined group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the daily use of insulin was less than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin degludec combined with Shenqi Dihuang decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of T2DM,it can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid indexes of patients,reduce the daily use of insulin,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
