摘要
文章旨在研究在基础日粮中添加香菇多糖(LNT)对育肥猪生长性能、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响,试验选取120头体重相近的育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,分别按照基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+250 mg/kg LNT(试验Ⅰ组)、基础日粮+500 mg/kg LNT(试验Ⅱ组)、基础日粮+750 mg/kg LNT(试验Ⅲ组)进行饲喂,试验为期40 d。试验结果表明,(1)试验Ⅱ组日平均采食量、末重显著高于试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组料重比最低,且极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);(2)免疫功能:试验Ⅱ组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于其余三组(P<0.05);(3)抗氧化能力:对照组总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著低于各试验组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于各试验组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,在育肥猪日粮中添加香菇多糖能提高育肥猪生长性能,调节免疫功能,在3个添加剂量中以500 mg/kg最佳。
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Lentinus edodes(LNT)supplementation on growth performance and immune function of finishing pigs.A total of 120 finishing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 pigs per replicate.The hens were fed with basal diet(control group),basal diet+250 mg/kg LNT(trial groupⅠ),basal diet+500 mg/kg LNT(trial groupⅡ)and basal diet+750 mg/kg LNT(trial groupⅢ),respectively.The experiment lasted for 40 days.The results showed that,(1)the average daily feed intake and final weight of trial groupⅡwere significantly higher than those of trial groupⅠand trial groupⅢ(P<0.05),and extremely significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01).The ratio of feed to gain in test groupⅡwas the lowest,and significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),and significantly lower than that in groupsⅠandⅢ(P<0.05).(2)Immune function:The content of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in trial groupsⅠandⅢ(P<0.05),and extremely significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01);The content of immunoglobulin M(IgM)in trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.05);(3)Antioxidant capacity:The activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in control group were significantly lower than those in experimental groups(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in control group was significantly higher than that in experimental groups(P<0.05).The results showed that dietary lentinan can improve the growth performance and regulate the immune function of finishing pigs.Among the three supplemental doses,500 mg/kg was the best.
