摘要
航空维修专业课程是培养民航维修人员职业素养的重要载体,将工匠精神有机融入到航空维修专业课程的建设中,培养准民航维修人员技能、时规范行为,为民航安全飞行提供有力保障。在此背景下,分析了工匠精神的内涵要义及其在航空维修专业课程建设中的重要意义,围绕人才培养方案修订、课程标准完善和课程教学改革循序渐进的思路,提出了工匠精神在航空维修专业课程建设中的实施举措。
Aviation maintenance professional course is an important carrier to cultivate the professional quality of civil aviation maintenance personnel.The organic incorporation of craftsman spirit into the construction of aviation maintenance professional course can not only train the skills of prospective civil aviation maintenance personnel,but also regulate their behaviors and thoughts,so as to provide strong guarantee for the safe flight of civil aviation.In this context,this paper analyzes the connotation and significance of craftsman spirit and its significance in the course construction of aviation maintenance specialty,and puts forward the concrete implementation measures of craftsman spirit in the course construction of aviation maintenance specialty based on the ideas of talent training program revision,curriculum standard improvement and course teaching reform.
