摘要
目的:探究中医督灸技术护理对哮喘患者生活质量及临床疗效的影响。方法:将136例哮喘患者按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各68例,对照组采用常规西医治疗与护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医督灸护理。评估两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、肺功能指标、血清炎症因子及不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率观察组为97.06%(66/68),高于对照组的86.76%(59/68)(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者咳嗽、气喘、肺部哮鸣音等中医证候积分均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺功能(用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、第一秒用力肺活量/潮气量比值及最大呼气峰流速)优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清炎症因子(肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素13、干扰素γ)均优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组为7.35%(5/68),对照组为10.29%(7/68),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医督灸技术护理能有效降低哮喘患者中医证候积分,改善肺功能,降低炎症因子水平,且不易发生不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the effects of TCM governor meridian moxibustion nursing on quality of life and clinical effects of asthma patients.Methods:All 136 asthma patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to simple random number table method,the control group adopted conventional therapeutic and nursing model of Western medicine,and the observation group accepted governor meridian moxibustion nursing on the foundation of the therapy the control group received.To assess clinical effects,TCM syndrome integrals,lung function indexes,serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(66/68).higher than 86.76%(59/68)of the control group(P<0.05);after the treatment,the integrals of TCM syndromes including cough,panting and the rales in the lung reduced,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);lung function indexes covering forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity of the first second/tidal volume ratio and maximum peak expiratory velocity of the observation group were better than these of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group was superior to the control group in the serum inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factorα,IL-13 and IFN-γ)(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 7.35%(5/68),while the incidence of the control group was 10.29%(7/68),the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM governor meridian moxibustion nursing could effectively reduce TCM syndrome integrals,improve lung function,lower the levels of inflammatory factors,which is less prone to adverse reaction with higher safety.
