摘要
变应性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科最为常见的慢性疾病之一,近年来全球变应性鼻炎发病率呈增长趋势。现代医学与祖国医学对该病有不同的认识。督灸作为祖国医学灸法的一部分,利用艾绒、生姜,外部温通,平衡阴阳、抵御病邪、温补督脉、调整虚实,从而达到提高免疫力、治疗疾病的目的。近年来,许多学者对督灸治疗变应性鼻炎的原因、机制进行了研究,但中医理论研究甚少,文章就督灸治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎的中医理论做一探讨。
Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common clinical diseases in Department of ENT and the incidence of allergic rhinitis in recent years is increasing. Modern medicine and Chinese medicine have different cognition to this disease. Moxibustion on Du meridian,as a part of the Chinese medicine moxibustion,with the usage of moxa,ginder to warm up the external yang,can balance Yin and Yang,resist pathogenic factors,warm up the Du meridian and adjust deficiency and excess so as to improve the immunity and treat disease. In recent years,many scholars have studied the causes and mechanisms of moxibustion on Du meridian of allergic rhinitis,but the theory of TCM is less. The theory of the lung Qi deficiency cold type of allergic rhinitis was discussed.
