级配对乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究级配对乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料性能的影响,采用泰波改进的n法对乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料的抽提筛分级配进行设计,通过赋予不同的n值得到不同级配的混合料,并进行混合料性能试验。研究表明:级配对混合料的冻融劈裂强度比和肯塔堡飞散损失的影响规律不显著,但在选用的级配中,JP3级配(n=0.35)的试验结果要好于其他级配;级配对混合料的动稳定度影响较小;随着n值增大,级配逐渐变粗,混合料的汉堡车辙深度先减小后增大,JP3(n=0.35)的高温抗水损害综合性能最优;由于RAP的团聚效应,仅以RAP的干筛级配作为级配设计的依据容易造成混合料中实际粉料偏多,混合料综合性能偏差,应兼顾考虑混合料的真实集料级配。 In order to study the influence of gradation on the performance of cold recycling mixture of emulsified asphalt,the real aggregate grading of emulsified asphalt cold central plant recycling mixture is designed by using Talbol grading equation.Different graded mixtures are obtained by giving different n values,and the mixture performance test is carried out.The results show that the influence law of gradation on the mixture's intensity ratio of frozen and melted and the loss in Cantabro test is not significant,but in the gradation selected in this paper,the test result of JP3(n=0.35)is better than other gradations.The gradation has minor influence on the dynamic stability of the mixture.With the increase of n value,the gradation gradually coarsens,and the Hamburg wheel-track rut depth of mixture first decreases and then increases.JP3(n=0.35)has the best comprehensive performance of high temperature and water damage resistance.Due to the weak inner cohesion of rap,only taking the grading of rap as the basis of grading design is easy to cause too much powder in the mixture,and weaken the comprehensive performance of the mixture.The real aggregate grading of the mixture should also be considered.
