混杂纤维对桥面铺装层高性能混凝土耐久性能的影响

摘要 将玄武岩纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维复掺制备高性能混凝土并开展耐久性试验。通过对比抗压强度和抗渗压力试验结果可知,混杂纤维掺量0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的各试验组抗压强度和抗渗压力均高于掺量0%试验组;混杂纤维的掺量由0%增至0.4%,在干湿交替循环条件下,耐蚀性能呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,而失水速率则持续上升。当掺量为0.2%、0.4%时,得到的抗硫剂级别为KS90。根据碳化深度降低幅度对比可知,混杂纤维由0%增加到0.2%时,桥面铺装层高性能混凝土碳化深度降低幅度最大,性价比最佳。 To study the impact of hybrid fibres on the durability of high-performance concrete in bridge deck pavement,tests were conducted after mixing basalt fibre and polyvinyl alcohol fibre.The results show that compared with the compressive strength and impermeability pressure of different test groups,the compressive strength and impermeability pressure of each test group with a dosage of 0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%are higher than that of the test group without hybrid fibres.When the dosage of hybrid fibres increases to 0.4%,the corrosion resistance coefficient first increases,then decreases different dry-wet cycles.The mass loss rate increases after the effect.When the dosage was 0.2%and 0.4%,the sulfate resistance grade is KS90.According to the comparison of the reduction in carbonation depth,it can be concluded that when the hybrid fibre is increased from 0%to 0.2%,the carbonation depth of high-performance concrete in bridge deck pavement decreases the most,and the cost-effectiveness is the best.
