摘要
文章提出了一种基于软件补偿的电荷放大器零点漂移补偿技术,并分析了补偿电路的硬件和软件设计内容。随后搭建了零点漂移补偿采集系统,开展电荷放大器的零点漂移补偿实验。结果表明,在未加入补偿电路板时,电荷放大器的最大漂移值为11.9964 mV;在加入补偿电路板后,电荷放大器的最大漂移值为3.0000 mV,在650 s内下降了1/4,补偿效果较好。
In this paper,a technology of zero drift compensation for charge amplifier based on software compensation is proposed,and the hardware and software design of the compensation circuit are analyzed.Then the zero drift compensation acquisition system is set up to carry out the zero drift compensation experiment of charge amplifier.The results show that the maximum drift value of the charge amplifier is 11.9964 mV when no compensation circuit board is added.After adding the compensation circuit board,the maximum drift value of the charge amplifier is 3.0000 mV,which decreases by 1/4 in 650 s,and the compensation effect is better.
